2018 Summer Program in Chinese Literature

2018 Summer Program in Chinese Literature, Literary Translation, and Language 
at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan 
July 2-August 10, 2018
Courses offered include: Sinophone Women Writers, Theater and Modern Society, Classical Chinese Narrative, The Poetry of Du Fu, Literary Translation, and others. Each course meets for 36 hours and counts towards 3 Barnard credits.

Eligibility:  Students who have taken three years of college-level Chinese or two years on the heritage track.

Applications: Accepted November 2017 to March 2018.

My time at NTHU was more than wonderful. I learned a lot...both in terms of content (exposure to Chinese literature and criticism) and perspective (alternative ways of approaching the text & its context)...
